Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders over £600. For orders under £600, standard shipping rates apply.
As your purchase is Made to Order, please allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive.. If you need your order sooner, we also offer expedited shipping within 2-3 business days for an additional fee of £50.00. Please email us after making your purchase for more information about expedited shipping options. Include your order number in the email and send to: info@gregorygrey.com.
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. If, for any reason, your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
For shipments outside the UK/EU please allow 14-17 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Gregory Grey purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 40 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping label. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or send out your exchange. Please note that all items must be in their original condition with tags attached in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria.
